Get to know me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, stress, anger, and relationship challenges. I work especially well with men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or frustrated and want practical tools—not just insight—to create real change.
Many of the clients I work with appear high-functioning on the outside while struggling internally with stress, self-doubt, irritability, or emotional shutdown. My role is to help clients slow things down, understand patterns more clearly, and build skills that work in everyday life.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused strategies to help clients improve emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and stress management. Sessions are focused on meaningful forward progress—not endless venting.
I provide secure telehealth therapy throughout Arizona for adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, burnout, anger, and emotional regulation difficulties.
